isolation

Hi, haven't been on here for a while due to illness now I'm up and running again I find I have to self isolate for 3 months
because I'm in a vulnerable group. Just ordered a turbo trainer but hope to get out on some quiet roads shortly.
Any body out there isolating? perhaps they should be an isolation forum on here or maybe there is and I've missed it.

High risk groups are advised to socially distance themselves. You only need to self isolate if you're displaying symptoms, or have been in close contact with someone who is displaying symptoms.
