No pun intended but I can see where @speccy1 is coming from. Time stealers.
Hi tech phones, computers, sat navs, Garmin devices etc etc all are terrific and make navigation and communication easy and fast. It would be hard to manage without email and my phone. Especially for business.
Having said that they take up so much of my time, and because of them it feels like I am always 'on duty'.
When I go away for a break now I look at my phone twice a day. First and last thing. It's off the rest of the time. Definitely do not take my laptop. Try to avoid TV and even the radio.
It's bliss and do you know what? I'm never short of something to do.
