King's X: TfL improvements may make things worse

Works currently being carried out to the junction where 24 year old Central St Martin’s design student Deep Lee (Min Joo Lee) met her death last year may make things worse.

I believe the only safe option is for the entire junction to be closed to motor traffic until it can be properly redesigned.
And if TfL won't do that, campaigners may have to.
