Hi

Thought I'd ask a bunch of cyclist about house insurance

Im currently without house insurance, so if my house burns down Im stuffed

Ive tried online without any success, the property is sound exceptions with the electrics and security of what can't be fixed until 2017 or into of late this year

The property is currently occupied with a resident

Thanks

John

I don't know, but I would try searching for a website for private landlords/lettings. I'm sure there must be a forum for people in your position. Cyclists probably are not the best people to ask. Good luck.

We use Homelet for rental flats. You need to make sure you know what is and is not covered. Found out that damage to neighbours property from a burst water main wasn't. Nothing came of the claim in the end so it wasn't as bad as it could have been.
Direct Line do landlords insurance too but never tried them. Try your favourite search engine. There are lots of companies out there.
