Man's road bike

Hi looking for a bike for my partner - he's 5ft 7 so a small frame - preference for drop bars but no big deal - looking for a road bike - budget is pretty small- sub £100- more £50-£75 - not in a rush to buy it as will need to sort finances first but if someone has one they are looking to sell please post up.
