Just cooking a Caribbean Lamb & Sweet Potato curry at the moment. My kitchen smells beauuuutiful. Slurp.

Anyone want the recipe?

Well, the juices naturally come from the meat, but additional fluid from lime juice, chicken stock and chopped tomatos make the dish. The dish is a dryer curry due to the sweet potatoes which absorb a lot of the moisture.
