My work is shift based so that most of my free days are mid-week, i just wondered if any1 else is in this boat and wants to meet up for a ride.
I live in North West London (Harrow) and dont mind travelling.
My average speed is 15mph and the most i have done in 1 go at this speed is 20miles (i stopped for lunch at that point) The most i have cycled in a day is 30miles (a flat ended my fun prematurely) but im happy to meet up and cycle from 10miles to 50miles. I would also like these to start early so i could be back home by 6pm

Edit: i do like cycling the grand union canal but i am slower than 15 mph average speed as its off road.
