BTW, in searching around, found this live version by Lou Reed, love the extended intro! Nice Bass playing.

Nice, a mate of mine gave me a mix cd entitled How Sweet Is Jane! 17 different versions of my favorite Reed song. He is threatening volume 2 .

There's loads of bands who've taken their names from books. Some I can think of are Heaven 17 (from A Clockwork Orange), Steely Dan (from the Naked Lunch), Aerosmith (from Sinclair Lewis's Arrowsmith), Belle and Sebastian (book of same name), The Doors (from Aldous Huxley's "The Doors of Perception"), My Chemical Romance (from a short story by Irvine Welsh) but James Blunt decided on bit of rhyming slang as it fits perfectly.
