I'm not aware of the term "upper decker" but did suffer a very emotional moment earlier at work which resulted in me having to lose my underpants.

I shelled peas from the garden this evening, for a risotto. Most behaved well, but one or two leapt from the pod and bounced onto the floor.

I found myself mildly inconvenienced at having to find them, pick them up and wash them.

The risotto was unexceptional and the wine we had with it was ordinary.

We spoke over supper about the way Italians speak English and came to no particular conclusion.
