Went to the Museum of Museums across the road from the Trafford Centre just before Christmas because it was cold and wet plus it was FREE !
Nice suprise among the cars.trams and buses was the classic cycles including Choppers.It's well worth a visit if you are bored of shopping !

Is it always free - I had the impression it was a private one ? - if not I'll have a gander for nothing !!!

The only bit you pay for is the Pharos exhibition but the transport part is free....unless it's changed since last December ! I really was suprised how good it was and the kids loved the old buses that you used to jump on the back of when we were young !
