Here's something I just stumbled across, too good not to share:

Freeware PDF converter - will convert any file to PDF 6.x compatible format!
It is very clever the way it does it - uses Ghostscript, which is an opensource Postscript driver, converts printer commands to PS batches - then it's easy to convert a PS file to a PDF file! (let the drivers do all the work to produce a common format which can be converted easily).
It's something I have meant to build myself on a few occasions, but never got round to writing the code. (lazy!).
Its function is simple, all you do is select the PDF writer as a destination printer and select the location to write the output PDF file. Very smart. And it's free!
