Never too Late

Well I'm 58 next month and have decide to get my life back on track as far as my general fitness is concerned.
I gave up smoking about 9 months ago and the weight has pilled on I have a Specialized Crosstrail Sport on order should be in the shop Monday/Tuesday.

This will be my first Bike for 20 years so wish me luck.
