The new Member's Services forum is for registered members who wish to offer their services for free or at a preferential rate to other CycleChat community members.
The forum is not visible to brand new members, however it will eventually become visible as your membership term extends and your account privileges are elevated.
Longer-term members you can see / post in this forum and make offers straight away.
Commercial services are allowed but it is intended as a member-to-member forum where CC'ers can help each other out, and not a marketplace or advertising service, so please keep this in mind when making your offers.
I've put a sticky here which should cover the basics and we'll make up the rest up as we go along.
