Thanks for the greetings!
Based in Upminster, Essex.
Like many, ironman is a bit of mid-life crisis....but I really enjoy having a target to train to. I did Ironman 70.3 this year at Wimbleball, it was the most brutal experience I've ever had on a bike.
Current kit is a Caad9 with upgraded everything.

Happy to help anyone who's thinking of venturing into Triathlon.
