Hi Shaun and everybody else out there . I have recently returned to cycling after a 20yr lay off . I live near Worthing West Sussex,so i have the advantage of flat coastal paths or off road on the South Downs .I currently own a MTB and a Raleigh Swift folding bike. I'm looking into the possibility of getting a hybrid bike for road use,but i'm somewhat limited on funds . So i will be seeking advice from your members on that subject and i suspect many others .

Depending on your budget, I'm sure you'll find loads of suggestions. I have a Carrera Subway hybrid from Halfords for £200, general consensus is that it's pretty good bang for the buck. I have no complaints aside from a dodgy QR skewer incident last week!
