lucky escape on Thursday last week. Car park attendants spotted to young oiks, trying to get through my D luck with a pair of bolt cutters. Little sods were caught later, but had dumped the bolt cutters, so police have pretty much admitted not a lot they can do. Aged 16 & 14, so have obviously got a few more years to perfect their trade. Apparently using boltcutters on their fingers is frowned upon by PC plod , officially anyway
