Heard the 'angry wasp in a tin can' sound from behind that usually betrays a moped but no...bloke on a 'normal' pushbike but with a petrol lawnmower type engine powering it.

At least the thing makes a loud noise, so those with restricted sight and or hearing know it's there. I'm blind in my right eye. The other week as I was about to step off the kerb onto the road an electric motorbike thingy flew past me doing about 40 mph!
