Some of it's good but c'mon, anyone can write a C&W song. Just pick a horrible deformity and write a few lines about having it, put some chords to it, don a cowboy hat and sing.

So? Anyone could write a Blues song, or a Pop song or a Rock song. Good music is good no matter what genre it is and a lot of C&W is good. They tend to have very, very good singers for start, especially the women.
