6 laps (4 with Karlos_the_Jackal - hope you made it back ok!), 17mph average, lots of fun (apart from the extra traffic lights for the art festival grrr!).

I'm game if you are! Did a lap at 20 (well 19.7ish) when I got lucky with the lights but I couldn't do 6 of them yet!

Got home ok thanks becs. Did you count your chain falling off in the average?

Was a nice fast ride in parts but there were still a few cars.

My legs don't particularly like the mix of first five a side football in years mixed with a midweek session. But no pain no gain.

I want a garmin for christmas!
