Revisiting my 'Twenties'

Someone has told me about a band that's going to be playing in Wakefield soon
I'm tempted to go and see them, as I last saw them in about 1985

It'd be a small consolation for missing a band that I saw quite a few times in the 80's, & still like

They actually played less than a mile ('as Crow flies') from my house, but I only found out the day before, & was already booked that evening, to take my daughter & a friend to Leeds Arena

There'll be no alcohol, if I go, as I've been tee-total since passing my driving test (March 1983)

My head may not be used to the noise in such a small venue, though

I was thinking Just the late night lol ..if alcohol was involved you really will suffer...

i went to see the Stranglers at Cambridge corn exchange last year..that was rammed and very hot...i hated it to be honest..too clostraphobic, i get a bit uneasy when its all shoving and crushing and tend to freak out a bit..
