Now I realise that much of this is motorways, but it it is supposed to be read by LAs.
Cycling only mentioned as part of Active Travel. Nowt about infrastructure.

I also did not see anything on bicycle parking ! motorbike car and lgv's etc yes and like you say infrastructure lol.
