Not really. Not much taste to them and seem to dry out too much when cooked

Chips should be plain so people can add what they like. And that should be salt and vinegar unless you’re a barbaric idiot who doesn’t deserve chips.
Vinegar...

A bit of balsamic is good on kale.

Chips are eaten with ketchup or mayo!

have a look at the price per kilo compared to the other chips then decide if you'd rather just put your own seasoning on. :okay:

edit... Aldi French fries = £1.39 per kilo. Skin-on fries = £1.79 per kilo. S&P fries, £2.49 per kilo.

"Salt and pepper chips" is a specific dish from Chinese takeaways with a lot of of spices, not generic chips with salt and pepper added.

So Aldi are stinging you an extra £1.10 for a dash of salt & pepper - !

Looks like you are living to close to France mate!!!

Think it was Italy, not thay I've been there since about 2005.
Belgium much more recently.

If your suspicious of foreign food variations, there are some french sausages i'd love to see you try.
