Well, I wouldn't swap it for the world as they say, but all the hills get a bit tedious after a while. If the weather is crap and I fancy going out for a little spin, it's quite hard trying to think of a ride that doesn't involve any nasy hills and headwinds!

I took my bike with me when I went to a meeting near Newcastle - here it is north of Morpeth looking towards the sea. Sorry about my shadow, getting towards the end of the day and the sun was already casting quite a long shadow.
