Shimano rear derailleur, Shimano 5600 105 right shifter

I'm after the following:

Shimano (Road) rear mech, preferably 10 speed 105 but anything that uses the same cable pull ratio should be OK.
Shimano 5600 105 (silver) right shift lever. Cosmetic condition unimportant but must be in good working order.
