Started as a singlespeed commuter, then after messing up the BB threads I replaced the frame with a similar one, then, slowly, other parts got changed.
I think the seatpost, saddle, stem, cranks and pedals were the only bits that remained in the end (the brake levers are of a similar type but were replaced after I broke one on someone's car door)
I'm still using the front wheel and the mudguards, rest of it has been sold or given away.
Nope. The saddle rails are black in the second picture, so that must've got changed too.
