England : Suffolk Suffolk Audax plans?

I thought I'd dump this thread here so it attracts local folk.

When out on a ride last weekend with @Philip Cowey and @SimonJKH we all mentioned that we fancied a crack at a proper long Audax.

What Audax events are there locally? Has anyone been on any of the Suffolk Audax rides?

I am contemplating the 160km from Bildeston on 20th July. Ideal final prep for my London Ride 100 trip.

I did 52 miles of the Sunrise route today and its fair to say the headwind at times was a killer!

Bildeston ride looks good. So far The Met Office says zero gusts for Sunday, I'll believe it when I feel it!
