When chopping chillies, always remember to wear gloves if you are doing more than one or two!

Normally I just coat my hands in oil before chopping, then wash them straight afterwards and put the knife to wash carefully.

This time I was doing more than a few chillies, and my hands feel like they are on fire, the capsicum has somehow leaked through my skin and my whole hands feel like they are on fire.
