ermm Hi! I'm new. Just getting back into cycling after about 12yrs of not having been on a bike. Dreadfully unfit, but managed 8 miles on my first ride out last week (I think it was the excitement of being back in the saddle that did it - struggled with a 20 minute ride out 2 days ago lol).

Hoping to get my cycling skills back up and running and them get my boys out with me. So lots of questions to ask about how to do that when cycling proficiency seems to be a rather obscure words these days!! - but not right now as I ought to be sleeping......

Thank you for the welcome you two. I did find some "interesting" posts last night when browsing funnymummy.

TPIS - I've lived here 9yrs now. Not exactly the most endearing place on earth, but my boys have only ever known here and it's "home" now.
