We live on a short cul-de-sac only 14 houses with a hammerhead at the top for turning, past the hammerhead is one of local the local junior school playing fields. One of the entrances to the school is on the cul-de-sac of the road above, they successfully campaigned & had No Parking signs & road marking put in their hammerhead to stop parents parking. This has had the knock on effect that they now use our road to get as close to the school as possible, some of the speeds we see are ridiculous, but anyway that is the background.
Each day in the morning & afternoon there is a maroon Dacia Duster which comes up the road, young gentleman then walks his child the remaining 80M to the school gates. The other day I was coming home & I saw a maroon Dacia Duster reversing off a driveway, I slowed to let it off the drive & then proceeded to follow it, it ended up coming up our road & parking, the young gentleman got out & went up to the school.
The point of this rant? Well I know I shouldn't judge without knowing all the facts, but if you walked from the driveway to the school roughly measured on Google maps it is 450M, yet this person choses to drive a car just under 1KM so they only have to walk 80M
