I'm Granda, by choice.. a family tradition..

Her auntie bought her a toy wheelbarrow and wee rake and spade.
She gave me both of them to use

Bones need to rest so early night...
Nice to see family traditions being carried on. Save them from dying out.

She wasn't allowed to help out. That were mean, especially since it were yer last job before liquidation!!

Sounds as though you'll sleep well and wake sore.

She's wee, she'd be tripping all over the place.
She did get to sweep up...
She can do some gardening later..
Give her a plant or two to water..

All appointments over..
legs etc feeling okay this morning,
not the stiffness I expected..
:cuppa: and brekkie time...

She'd have had fun though.
You supervised the sweeping up?
Her own plant pots, with "her plants" to look after.

Nowt planned for the day, other than doing nothing.
You must be getting used to it then.
No aches and pains, arms and hands working okay.
Porridge....

And it's yours, all yours...
Intit?

On or over, did who won/may win deserve/d to.
Just your bit...
You moved around a lot in between jobs before your liquidation.
Would a pack of flora do instead. Granted may not look as good as what it were made from, but...

Any day would be good for a lazy day, especially if dry and sunny.
Unable to come fine concerning rain here. Dry though.

You must have got used to it. That or it's late arriving.

Aye, they're turning up faster now.
Which arm, or haven't you decided yet.

They won, of course.
Early games save me watching the next day..
Majority are 1am UK starts,
others are 6 or 6.35pm or 9pm....

Had to douse plants earlier before the sun pops out..
should have done them last night..
everything is growing (too well)..
Salad greens are over already, some weird leaves amongst them, Mrs M obliged by using

Should they have?
Also stops you having to avoid any result given until you've seen it.
Evening games then, or are they all UK times?

Water them too late and you run the risk of burning them when the sun does come out.
Too much growth up top looks good, but takes away from the parts you'll be eating.
She's using those weird leaves in your salad!
Be careful...

Having three time zones in the US doesn't help,
those times I quoted were our version of their EST,,
when out on the West Coast, games can start at 4am (here), I've have caught a few over the years esp before I retired.
If I watched the 7pm EST (12 or 1am ) I'd be like a half shut knife the next day,
I can wake up switch on'telly, open the app and with no spoilers and watch the game,
using a pitch clock now so games are slightly shorter.
Tonight's is 5 mins after midnight, Sat and Sun is early games..
Tomorrow is the free game of the day on MLB.TV.
TNT Sports (old BT Sports) has enough live games on its schedule....

Dandelion adds a tinge of bitterness to a salad,
mind you we called them 'pee the bed' in Bob's younger days...

In other news our wee (new) bypass road opens early in 6 days time, takes out the local bottleneck at the Cross...
Dib dib place tonight, I think..

Stick with UTC when working out the times.
You don't watch them on your large computer monitor!

Seeing the odd game being advertised on one of the sky channels

You called it that when you were younger and you still add it to a salad.

What'll the new bypass mean for you?

Microwave transmitter?

I'm working an hour behind, like just now, logged at 22.00 as 21.00 UTC.

Nah, tv best as bigger screen.
I'll catch tonight's game at brekkie time tomorrow

I have eaten it a lot TBH, bitter tasting.

Bypass?
miss a very busy crossroads with lights plus an easier way in on the bike from returning from certain areas, there were rough paths but fresh tarmac will be more pleasant.

I haven't done anything with the microwave thing although 23cm(1296 mhz) is on the edge..
too much going on just now..
Chilled beer time

Isn't UTC the required time over the airwaves anyway?

That's sorta what I meant. Your large computer monitor.
Just don't spill yer cuppa if it gets exciting!

You still eat it, knowing what you know.

No extra noise from increased traffic near your house. Or will it move traffic away from your current abode?
Are we taking bets on when that fresh tarmac will be dug up for repairs.

Shelved for the time being. Now yer retired yer'll have more time on yer hands.
Down the scout hut tonight, and celebrating yer return.
