Anyone else cultivating facial topiary for Movember - or just getting back to winter coats?
Does it have to be one or the other? It would take quite a beard to replace a coat.

I'm clean shaven all year round, head and face almost everyday of the year and I believe its purely down to vanity, at 47 I look closer to 40 than 50 when clean shaven and a grey beard or moustache and bald patch if I grew hair would I believe make me look closer to 50, of course all of this is all in my mind but vanity can be a curse on a handsome man (again all in my mind) so I'll not be partaking in movember.

I’m with you the - i might have my silver fox hair but a silver beard would age me too much ^_^.

I think I'll add a little more wax in Movember - make it all a bit more pointy.

No, beards tend to look good on other blokes and crap on me. Besides, my facial hair is greyer than a grey thing and I'd look even older than I do anyway! These monthly "let's all do this" sort of themes don't attract me in any event.

Like @roadrash I have never grown a beard.....never fancied one.
Unlike @roadrash I have never had a shaved head......although I would if I ever started to go bald (as in duck pond bald).
