I have been away, training school again, but took my bike and got out every evening cycling the lanes of rural Essex, places like Finchingfield, Haverhill, Halstead, Bocking, Sturmer, Clare, Stambourne, Topplesfield. Plus lots of other hamlets, that all ended in 'End'.
I got over a 100 miles into my legs during the week, mostly flat, with a few drags, and very rare climbs, but always into a headwind.
However, on my evening sorties, I only saw one other cyclist
was that anyone from here I wonder?
