Tirana Airport - Bikes

I plan to end a cycle tour in Tirana next year, but I am struggling to work out how to get my bike back to the UK.

The last cycle tour I did ended in Amsterdam and bike boxes are available at the airport.

Have any of you flown from Tirana airport with bikes? Do you have any advice?

Never been there but Google shows four bicycle shops in central Tirana. I should try and beg a used bike box from one of them.

As others have said. Check out local bikes stores, give them a call to see if they can save you a box to pick up.

Thanks for the advice. I have contacted one of the bike stores who have replied confirming that they will save me a box if I ask nearer the time.
