BMXs really have got a lot lighter over recent years.

Yes over the last few years BMX companys have been focusing on reducing weight, BMXs' are feathers now compared then when I started 5 years ago

wow that realy is something...im still waiting for carbon bmx's to come out, that'd be class, although only last one session down the skate park

although race bmx's i wouldnt be suprised if carbon ones started being brung out, if they are not allready ?

Not sure about frames, but I'm pretty sure the Olympic BMX's had carbon forks. Frames can't be too far behind.
