Great idea as time square is nuts especially at night and if you have ever came out of Macys with loads of bags and tried to cross the road it's really dangerous.

My sister used to live in NY and now lives in Portland, Oregon. She says that in Portland cars will still stop for you when you cross the road. In New York they'd just hit you!
