Triple mech adjustment

Hi, anyone got any links to Good youtube videos on triple front mech adjustment, ideally without barrel adjusters?

Use the L limit screw to put the cage in a position just very slightly outboard of the ideal for the granny ring.
Slack off the cable retaining nut, pull the cable as tight as you can by hand, and re-tighten the cable retaining nut.
Now back the limit screw off until the cage is in its optimum position relative to the granny ring.
