Well, I watched a driver do exactly that. Problem was it was his own car. He started ranting at the female warden. She called for police asistance. The driver then gave the police his rant. Result; both driver and passenger placed in cuffs, and taken away, car towed. We watched from our flat window and were incredulous at the stupidity of the driver and then the passenger in their handling of the warden and then the police. A £30 parking ticket turned into a lot more serious offence and his car now in the pound.
