What do you eat for breakfast?

It's either a plate of porridge or 3 weetabix for me before I leave the house, and then a cup of tea and a toasted bagel when I get into the office.

Either a couple of Weetabix or a bowl full of the weetabix/ oatabix minis with nuts and raisins.

Mostly: Burgen bread toast with peanut butter or Marmite.
Sometimes: Organic porridge oats.

Muesli and yoghurt, sometimes with a stupendously large (900ml!) cup of tea.

For years it was a Bialetti full of coffee and a couple of rollies (Samson...*sigh*) - now the same, except I've swapped the rollies for a couple of slices of toast with Frank Cooper's marmalade. (I make the bread myself in a breadmaker every weeekend.)

Porridge every frigging day

Some days it is quite palatable, some days it is like eating cold wallpaper paste (when I leave it too long)

Bran flakes, a banana and perhaps a few strawberries / raspberries on top. I have a decent coffee when I get to work.
