Eggbeater 3 in red or blue are pretty bling and if you get the new no float cleats you will be good to go - perhaps some new shoes.

M780 XT pedal. Just the same as the M520 but a little bit higher up the pecking order if anyone cares to ask. If/when the 520s on my road bike need replacing it will be 780s that take their place. I also run 780s on my commuter hybrid and the MTB. Standardisation of peddle/cleat type is the best way.
