You can search the Trade Marks registry for CUDA to see who owns the name for a particular class of goods.
This one for example shows Moore and Large to be the brand owner. However M & L are in receivership.

As @cyberknight says go back to the retailer IF the item is within the limits of the CRA 2015 e.g length of time, type of purchase.

Doesn't matter who makes the brand your contract of sale is with the retailer you bought it from.
No it is different for the things you bought from auctions. I can tell you what the issue is. Somehow gears numbers are not facing me. Take off the derailleurs is not something I can do.

They were. Once I turned it back I found out the gears number is not facing me!

Swap the gear shifters onto the opposite side. Put the one that is currently on the right-hand side, and vice versa.

As above, that won’t be manufacturer fault but whomever last owned that bike.
No it was new. I am the first owner. The worker installed like that on purpose.

Your bars are still the wrong way round, swap back to as they were, the front shifter should be by your left hand.
The brake levers (currently upside down) just need loosening and swivelling around 180° to the front of the bar.

What worker, thought you bought at auction? Unusual place to buy a new bike. Anyway nowt to do with manufacturer either way. Just sort it out as suggested.
