Not going to comment... I have given my opinion and there it shall rest for eternity, carved forever on the tombstone that is the internet for all to see.
Grand Funk Railroad. They came over from the USA to conquer England and played a free Hyde Park gig. After the first song a few people left. By the end of the third song it was almost a stampede to get out of earshot!
On one of the paths out of the park were a couple of buskers. They ended up with a massive audience joining in with the songs.
