Will probably end up in SC&P, but.... this should get a wider audience until then

Iceland they have the Pirate Party

They have recently done well in polls, but the latest development is that the (anti-establishment) Pirate Party has now been given the mandate to lead the talks on forming the Government

An amazing feat for a party started a few years ago and with a seemingly radical agenda

The UK party does not seem to have the same success, but would you vote "Pirate" and would such a radical party be an answer to some of the issues of the present UK political environment?

No.

Iceland is globally irrelevant, and stole a bunch of our cash, so it's no surprise to me that they can elect these kind of politicians; they can afford to because they basically don't matter.

The UK, as one of the most advanced and mature civilisations in the planet, has responsibility not just to its citizens but to humanity as a whole.

As such, some maturity should go into the policies and politicians it chooses to lead.

Should, yes.

But we're not doing too well at the moment are we?
