Sainte Fontaine, Clavier, Belgium. Thankfully the hill in the background had such a poor surface I wasn't going fast when I encountered this unexpected ford, which had underwater pot holes.
I believe this is what remains of an old (not very) fording point made with slabs that appear to be from a demolished mill. Predates the surrounding development but Pendle Water was only diverted to this canalised route in the last few decades.

A couple of fords sort of on the edge of the Ashdown Forest between Horsted Keynes and East Grinstead. I don't know if the streams have names. I think they feed into the River Ouse near Haywards Heath.
