Why does it have to be spent in the next 24 hours?

I have my account set to automatically reinvest PB winnings in more bonds. I haven't won for a while but have won 4 x £25 over the past 5 years or so.

It doesn't, just that it is my thread so my rules.

I can't reinvest winnings as I am at the maximum holding.

Buy a copy of Ma'am Darling, Craig Brown's book about Princess Margaret. It's very, very funny. If you shop around, you'll have enough change to buy two or three pints of beer as well.
