Good choice zero degree rise. As the head is at an angle, it does mean a slight rise, but appearance wise, it looks good.

But it does means that you can't flip the stem for a higher/lower position.

Just had a look at my "stem collection" in the garage. Honestly thought I had one but it is only 110. Sorry.

Yeah my Spitfire has quite an upslope anyway so 0 would be good.
