2 PBs!!!

Great day.

A PB on the way to work - 49 minutes and a PB on the way home - 59 minutes I go a slightly longer route on the way home to avoid a very busy roundabout and a stretch of 60mph dual carriageway. Added to that it was 18C when I cycled home.

I think my last PB was twenty years ago.

I used to time myself on the homeward journey, but my arrangements have changed - I now collect my daughter from school instead of leaving work even earlier and going home. With the old arrangement I would time my journey home (best was 18 minutes), but now I take it easy so as not to have too long to wait outside the school.

For the journey in: I try and take it easy as there's no shower facilities. So have never really tried to push it.

Actually I have got faster recently after a rough two years...At least peoples are starting to draught me again.
