2009 Cervelo R3SL Frame

I'm currently looking at buying a 2009 Cervelo R3SL frame, i'm very keen on climbing and will be taking on Ventoux, Alps D'Huez, Col de la Croix du Fer and some others later on this year.

Back to the bike I am yet to find a bad review of the 2009 SL version of this frame, is it simply a classic frame or are there downsides I haven't found on reviews? your thoughts are much appreciated

I have a 2010 R3-SL frame set I might build again at some point when I get nostalgic
Its a decent bit of kit for its time however I don't particularly miss the bike.

Can't say that I personally know enough (if anything) to give valid advice on Cervelo.

I did hanker after an S2 or S3 for a while but even 2nd hand these were out of reach.

Very very. No extremely well respected brand though and good enough for Team Garmin Sharp & the previous Garmin Cervelo to race up the Iconic climbs of the Cols.
