For those of you with new years resolutions, let me give you some encouragement: routine behaviour leads to routine thinking.
If you want to break out of your old habits, you have to stop your routine and go with something new. Otherwise your 2018 will be like 2017 will be like 2016 will be like 2015 will be....
So, if you want to try something new, what's really stopping you? It's not that you don't want to do it, its that your current routine is stopping you. That's what you have to change.
