21st birthday gift

Somehow it's my 21st next week, and my mum wants to get me some sort of long lasting commemorative gift, and apparently a new pair of conti gp4000's won't cut it. So I need to think of something to fulfill that criteria, plus I'd like it to be inexpensive and also serve some practical use- I can't see the point of having something to be tucked away in a draw. Please help

Why a fountain?cartridge, I always found these made a mess, much prefer a parker ballpoint.
