I used to get seriously stressed about the dentist too, especially after not going for several years and being told I needed a couple of extractions. Thankfully, it's never as bad as you imagine and never felt a thing and was all over in minutes. Hope you are the same.

My wife whittle's herself silly about the dentist..

i love having my teeth done by the hygienist as the results are far better than i can get with a brush..but its 50quid for half hr..
dentist takes 5 mins and costs me 40 quid..lol i hate that bit

On holiday in Norfolk last year we would sit in the garden past sunset listening to the owls. When they went quiet I got an owl call from Youtube on my phone and provoked them into hooting again. What japes.
